How long before I receive my first shipment?
Wine club shipments go out once a month, approx on the 15th of each month. We'll send you a confirmation email with the expected ship date. As the date of your imbibing gets closer, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and another email once your order has been delivered.
I loved a few of the wines that I received on my club shipment. Can I buy them individually?
In most cases, yes! Send us a note and we'll either direct you to a local merchant where you can buy the wines locally (we love local businesses!) or to a retailer that can ship to you. In some instances we might offer our club members super limited production bottles. If that's the case, we'll let you know and give you the option to pre-order when it comes back in stock.
COVID has messed up my mail service and packages go missing. I'm nervous about placing my first order. Help!
We hear you, New York. That's why we're excited to offer Route, a neat shipping insurance. For 1.5% added to your order, if the package goes missing for any reason, or anything arrives damaged, you don't have to go through the hassle of UPS or Fedex - you can simply either receive another club shipment at no cost or be refunded for it.
